Kraft Heinz Sauce Swap

JUNE 2024

Kraft Heinz’s Sauce Swap was a saucy takeover designed to shake up the condiment aisle with four bold new flavors—Jalapeño, Habanero, Pickle, and Chipotle. The mission? Invite ketchup fans in Boston, Chicago, Houston, and Pittsburgh to ditch their tired old sauces in exchange for a fresh, free bottle of something exciting. The fun continued with sampling stations serving up snacks perfectly paired with each flavour, turning any regular snack time into a taste adventure.

But the experience didn’t stop there! A playful AR filter wall invited guests to strike a pose while exploring digital effects inspired by the new ketchups. Meanwhile, a live flavour meter tracking the popularity of each variety in real-time, spark a little competition on the side. Packed with flavour, fun, and share-worthy moments, Sauce Swap was the ultimate way to spice up the condiment game and give ketchup fans a deliciously unforgettable experience. This event turned ketchup into the life of the party in every city.

I was tasked with designing a majority of the visual assets that brought Sauce Swap to life. From crafting eye-catching shipping container interior/exterior walls, to playful fridge decals and vibrant menu signage, ensuring every design element captured the energy and boldness of the event. Whether it was a T-stand sign or a flavour meter detail, I focused on creating a cohesive, engaging environment that let the new ketchups take centre stage.
